Cob oven with clay from the dam.

Its been beautiful watching the cob oven emerge from clay from the dam. Em (one of our interns) has been busily collecting rocks clay and sand from around the farm and forming this gorgeous oven. We had a roast beef (from the paddock) and some sourdough bread from it on the first day and they were superb!
